Lori, took pictures of my problem tooth and spent time waiting with me while we waited for the dentist. She showed me the X-ray and explained some options. Explained what a root canal was and showed me where the infection was located. Dr said the same thing and Lori got my appointments all set up going forward.

Absolutely phenomenal. First off: I despise going to the dentist. I just don’t take care of my teeth. Which prompted an emergency visit for an abscess under my tooth with a botched filled from a different dentist 13 years ago. They got me in a week later and even an earlier appointment time when I came in to drop off my insurance card and fill out paperwork ahead of time. The orthodontist who did my extraction was very down to business and respectful of my autonomy as a patient. He recommended saving the tooth but understood that with not taking care of my teeth, I felt it was going to come out eventually and I’d rather do it now since I’ve felt the pain of an impacted tooth.
