ModernMD Urgent Care - Flatbush

From the front desk to the doctor, the entire team was very attentive and caring. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, and the doctor took the time to ask detailed questions about my leg injury, carefully cleaned the wound, applied the dressing, and clearly explained everything. A professional and compassionate team. Thank you all, great job.

If I can give no stars I would!!! I came into this urgent care Friday afternoon. I told front desk and I also told the MA. I have a blood disorder no energy in week my urine is dark ..my urine and blood needs to be tested. Front desk staff told me no worries the MA would test everything!!!! When a room was available MA only asked for urine I had reminded her I have a blood disorder. I was told the doctor only needed the urine . 30 mins later the doctor comes in and see me for 30 seconds and tell me I have a uti. I tried explaining I’ve never experienced a uti before I tried to explain my blood disorder again. I was told he will be sending antibiotics for a uti to my pharmacy!!!! Fast forward I get to the pharmacy the doctor never sent anything within those two hours. Fast forward two later

I am extremely thankful for the staff at this ModernMD Urgent Care. I needed to get a piercing removed from my teenage daughters ear. Everyone from the front desk to Tim (who removed the piercing ) was extremely patient and kind. Tim went above and beyond to make myself and my daughter feel comfortable and remove the earring. Thank you Tim and staff you were amazing!!!!!

That clinic is not worth your time or money. I am a licensed physical therapist and I arrived today just for a standard basic physical examination with my form before joining a new hospital . I wasn’t even explained anything abt how to sign in the front desk kept saying everything is mentioned in the brocher (Then is your job just checking in and checking out the patients) ?? Secondly after my payment was being made i was taken inside where a medical assistant comes in and takes my vitals , and collects my immunisation record to take it to the physician. The physician was a male and he did not even interact with me once but sends his medical assistant to me saying “He doesn’t have your history” hence he can’t perform the physical examination.
