The only reason they received three stars was because of the provider and the nurse assistant who drew The blood and took my temperature and blood pressure was very professional and kind. The provider was able to give me some good sound medical advice that I greatly appreciate it even after he left the room, he came back to my room and addressed my concerns. For my negative experience, I waited over an hour to be seen when I did everything online to prevent wait. The front desk assistant was very unprofessional. She was on the phone for a long duration of time while I was standing there waiting to be attended to. I just needed to use the restroom and wanted to collect your urine since it would be a part of my visit. She was on a personal call. The next assistant that helped me didn’t ackn

The staff was patient amazing very supportive attentive they should step-by-step what would be done and what the prognosis was. It was very successful and I feel great thank you so much. I was worried when I went in and now I feel great.

This facility is clean and nice. Definitely great timing in receiving care, but I gave it one star because on these hot day there is ABSOLUTELY NO AC IN THERE. We sit in that BIG OPEN SPACE with the SUN beaming right through the windows. They need to cover the windows with some sort of shading. If it's a heat wave someone can pass out in there. Great service, but very 🔥 hot inside the place. That's not good

Very clean and tidy atmosphere, quick fast service. Harmony was a gem. She’s very well mannered at the front desk & they also called her “the vampire” for her work for drawing blood , very gentle by the way . Looking forward to visit again.

Terrible. Wait time was 1 hour and a half and there was only 3 people in the waiting room. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and unknowledgeable. I was even skipped over. Provider gave right diagnosis and that was the only good thing.
