ModernMD Urgent Care - City Line

The girls at the front desk, the medical assistant and the doctor are excellent people. They are very caring and understanding. I came in sick had no idea what it could have been. I got tested for flu and covid came back negative. He diagnosed me with Pneumonia and they thoroughly took care of me made sure I was comfortable while I had an EKG done. I was prescribed antibiotics and the doctor made sure he sent it to the pharmacy right away. I just want to thank everyone for their professionalism and care. Thank you all...........🙏

I had an amazing experience at CityMD. The front desk team — Kunga, Adiza, and Hem — were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The staff in the back was just as great, and I felt truly cared for throughout my visit. Thanks to everyone there for making my experience so positive. I highly recommend this location!

I took my mom to this urgent care today and had by far the best experience possible. Adiza and Kunya were so wonderful and kind and made sure we were seen quickly. I called ahead, and they even let me know how busy it was and recommended a better time to come in. They were right and I really appreciated their honesty. Excellent service and our provider Krishna was also amazing!!

During my visit to ModernMD Urgent Care I was met with kindness and professionalism from Hafsa and Stacy at the reception desk and during my wait in the doctors room by Sohaib with efficiency I enjoyed my experience and will recommend others and myself to visit

Poorly managed. HIPPA violation. Don't identify themselves when they come in. I came yesterday. They don't know why I'm here because they didn't put the information in the system because they have too many patients. Not enough time to review clients info before visiting a client. Assessment done, and I asked a question and she, the provider (credentials weren't disclosed) kept pressing on the body part that hurt after I said it hurt. I only came for a W/C visit. Other than that I would see my PCP who doesn't do W/C. The MD yesterday was good. He was nice, but the other works here (front desk, MAs, other staffers) are horrible. I come here because it's closer. Hopefully, I won't have to do another urgent care, but I will travel, because this place is TRASH!
