ModernMD Urgent Care - Bed-Stuy

Dr. Lenox and her staff were the best experience I have ever had going to any Md. clinic. The compassion, empathy and care I received reminded me of how healthcare once was. Not about the money but all about the patient's wellbeing. To say I was truly grateful for the service I received would be an understatement. This doctor and her staff made me feel as though they actually gave a damn about me. Even after my treatment was over, Dr. Lenox told me I should call her if I needed her. Which I did and she was true to her word. I was having some minor issues and she took great care of me. I just want to say thank you.

10/10! I was supposed to go to the one down the block but I got the location mixed up and I’m glad did! The last time I was at the other urgent care I waited a whole hour to get seen for a drug test!! This location Wayyyy better service. I was seen within ten minutes, very friendly, professional and efficient staff! They even prounounce my name right (I know it’s not a big deal but is to me). The staff also were very informative they know what they’re doing. Overall awesome experience!

Had a great experience here. Front desk was nice, nurse and Dr Lenox were both very helpful and thorough, and the whole thing took half an hour. Maybe helps I went on a less popular time (Friday morning in a rainstorm), but really was everything I would hope for from an urgent care.

Literally made an appointment via Zocdoc for an X-ray. Drove there just to be told they don’t have. X-Ray in this location. Came out my way 30 minutes even after they confirmed the appointment. They could see they literally approved the X-ray it could’ve been a simple call to inform me they don’t have it at this location.

i had the most basic flu-like symptoms and provider Brianna wasn't able to ask me about symptoms and prescribe proper medicine. i waited almost 1.5 hours to be seen for 5 minutes. only when i was leaving i realized that i had more symptoms, but it was too late already, and i wasn't able to get any advice or prescription for those.
