Modern Remedies Pharmacy

I’ve been using this Modern Remedies for over a year and have had a consistently positive experience. The delivery process is reliable, and communication is clear and timely. I especially want to recognize Jennifer, the manager, who has been fantastic to work with—responsive, proactive, and always making sure my medication arrives on time. Her professionalism and attention to detail really elevate the level of service this pharmacy provides.

Update: A complete failure of a business. I gave them one last chance to fill a prescription and they failed miserably. They canceled my order without any communication, AFTER I made a phone call to confirm the estimated delivery day (which they confirmed on that call). I only found out it was cancelled because I called 7 days later to check on the status. I look forward to receiving my refund for that order (if they can even do that correctly) and unequivocally DO NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy. Truly one of the worst-run businesses I have encountered in this city, and that is saying A LOT. I called and all of a sudden in the middle of the year they said I had a copay. The lady on the phone just kept repeating it’s still processing and we’ll let you know. I asked questions like “When did it start processing?” “How long does it normally take?” And she just kept repeating “It’s processing” I then asked for a Supervisor. Maybe they would have more answers. Instead she transferred me to an extension that the recording was not available. Then when I called back they kept answering and putting me back on hold without saying anything (most likely because they knew it was me due to caller i.d). Currently I have been on hold for 15 minutes with no assistance. This is a disgusting way to treat patients.

All of their customer services are from the Philippines where nobody knows ANY protocols of this ridiculous pharmacy. They are also extremely rude and disrespectful to people who call for their medication refills. We shouldn’t BEG for our medicines. Why act like we are below you when we need medication to live??

If i could give negative stars i would.. There was a prescription that was sent on the 7th of October. I didn’t call only 3-4 times. I repeatedly called from the first day to the following week on to the next. They took 9 days to deliver. Not only that, I went to the pharmacy and they only gave two of the medications which were of august. I had to wait til yesterday to get antibiotics. This pharmacy serves their customers very unprofessionally. In the beginning I used to get medication within two days. Now I have to wait so many days and call them to get my requested prescription ready and sent. These medications were sent on October 16,2025 As shown below. I received so many notifications on ONLY one package sent from the pharmacy.
