Modern Heart and Vascular - The Woodlands

I met with Dr Morales for a device check and visit. Wait times very short. Nurse taking vitals was sweet. The fellow doing the device check was very nice. Visit with Dr Morales was good. Explained an issue that came up in device check. Everything else very good. Checkout lady was nice and efficient. No complaints.

My first impression with Modern Heart and Vascular was with a kind and patient young lady named Evette. I called asking for help as I was driving, trying to find their facility. I was very impressed with her kindness and determination to get me there😊 Elizabeth who works at both facilities was there with Evette recently- such a jovial attitude and warmth about her that made my heart smile💖 And my new superstar Nikki!! Yay! I met with Jennifer in the Woodlands office( there are two fabulous Jennifer’s!) and she took my first monitoring. So incredibly pleasant and calming and professional…. Top notch indeed! After that I met Dr. Mayank Agarwal. I immediately noticed a highly sophisticated, calm confidence about him. I sensed his complete security in his ability and profession, and mind you

⚠️ Warning to anyone visiting this office: Nurse Ashley is extremely unprofessional. After my daughter and I left the exam room, she spoke about my daughter’s case within earshot and said, “she’s done for.” Hearing that caused my daughter to immediately break down in tears. When I spoke to Dr.Quiñones about it, he said the nurse meant she was “done for cheer,” but that does not change the fact that her exact words were, “she’s done for.” It was still completely unprofessional, distressing, and inappropriate. Medical staff should communicate with care, discretion, and respect — especially with children. This behavior is insensitive, harmful, and unacceptable. The office must address it immediately. No child should ever be treated this way.

Testing done at the Woodlands office. The procedure went well with explanation, courtesy and very professional. Reception staffs are professional. Facility is beautiful. Lauren is excellent while giving me the test. Lauren helped me feel at ease throughout the test. Thank you very much.

Everyone in the office was so friendly! The doctor was so warm and inviting and very thorough with my kiddo. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with our experience!
