Dr. Cassie and her staff at Modern Endocrine have helped me change my overall health. With Dr. Cassie’s guidance, my thyroid and hormones are under control and I feel SO much better. Very disorganized practice. I pressed 2 to get refills, and the young woman lied twice about the status of my refill. She didn't do any investigation. I had ordered through a mail order pharmacy and it was taking more than two weeks to get the refill. The doctor should tell patients about the delay. When I called the third time, I was able to talk to the PA and he called in the prescription locally. However it was wrong because the nurse didn't write down the new strength that the doctor ordered. It will be nearly impossible to get this corrected, so I'm going to take the old strength. I cancelled my next appointment (at least, I left a message because it's impossible to contact the front desk) and will have Optimal Health handle my medication.
