Regretted going here— even had a terrible experience with the person answering the phone who didn’t know the email address of the business and didn’t ask for my phone number and said I’d call you back... when I arrived to my appointment, the dentist walked around Sans mask… the hygienist missed a growing cavity and instead focused on sealant applications & some fluoride booster thing to bring in cash to the business. Will not be returning even for an emergency. Lastly, they use paper charts and their name is “modern” dental? I don’t think so.

NO stars! Really super rude and incompetent. I had been going there for YEARS and suddenly they lost my files and proceeded to treat me like some type of petty criminal as I waited for a cleaning. How do you manage to loose five years worth of records. Whats all the attitude and profound rudeness about? They suck and I hope they go out of business. Go there at your own risk.

My initial visit here was a decent experience. They did XRs and made sure I didnt need any fillings. They did a good job of explaining what everything meant. However when I came back for my second cleaning, the hygienist spent less than 15min cleaning my teeth (typically hygienists clean and polish for at least 30 to 45 min, in my experience) and sent me out the door. I had made an appointment for another 6 month cleaning multiple months in advance and then got a call, the week of, that actually the office was going to be closed and I'd have to reschedule. Poor organization and subpar cleaning. Go elsewhere if your insurance allows you to.

NOOOOO STARS BUT IT WOULDN'T POST WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE! TOTAL MONEY GRAB!!!! DON'T TRUST ANY OF THE PROVIDERS HERE. THEY DON'T FULLY EXPLAIN PROCEDURES AND CHARGES AND TELL PATIENTS PROCEDURES ARE MEDICALLY NECESSARY WHEN THEY'RE ACTUALLY COSMETIC AND THE PATIENT CANNOT GET REIMBURSED FROM INSURANCE. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

I've had deep cleanings at many dentists and the hygienist here was the least painful of all. Been there twice and both were good experiences.
