I have been coming to see Dr. Longo for 20 years! She's great, very thorough and very caring – If you've been traumatized by painful dental treatment in the past, she understands and does everything she can to minimize anxiety and pain.

Modern Dental is amazing -- I love Dr. Coubrough! I have been going to her for 15+ years. I followed her from her former practice when I lived downtown and now travel into Brookline from the suburbs to see her. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is current on best practices, incorporates a holistic view of how your jaw and teeth all work together. I have work done besides just cleanings and fillings, but she never recommends work I don't absolutely need (although leaves me with "food for thought" for possible things I may need to address down the line). Plus, she's just a very kind human on top of all her expertise. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Longo for TMJ treatment after being diagnosed by an ENT three months earlier. My medical insurance approved the visit, as Dr. Longo is listed as a privileged provider. However, the office billed the visit using a dental code instead of a medical code, which has created a significant billing issue. My insurance is seeking a medical code for the evaluation, and the use of a dental code has resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket costs.

The dentists and hygienists are fantastic! They are experts in their field and are very thorough and gentle.
