I live in California and my 90-year-old father lives in an assisted-living community in North Olmsted – which means it’s VERY difficult to schedule medical appointments so they coincide with my visits. After researching many options, I came across the Mobile Hearing Aids website and spoke with John the audiologist. He explained the entire on-site testing, buying and fitting process. I admit, I was somewhat dubious in the beginning – but I was entirely wrong! John took the time to visit my dad, evaluate his hearing aid needs and expedite the order. The new hearing aids arrived in a couple of weeks and John coordinated the final fitting with one of my OH visits. The whole process was very easy – and, with the insurance discount, affordable as well. I highly recommend this business!

I had a very positive experience with the people with whom I worked. From the initial conversation with the rep to the actual diagnostic process with the technician, everyone was patient, positive and friendly. The kit they send is very easy to set up and use, so I didn't stress over the process one bit. Re-packing the box was quick and simple. All I had to do was put the box on my porch! Give them a try! You won't regret it. I didn't need hearing aids but my husband did and he is very satisfied with his experience and their product as well.

My hearing aids are working so well. I can hear so much better in large meeting rooms, restaurants with a lot of background noise and generally can hear better with one-on-one conversations. After testing my hearing, John was able to assist me with the proper fitting of my hearing aids, how to make adjustments, cleaning and replacing necessary parts and using the mobile app. He is a professional, very knowledgeable and he is great to work with.
