I went two weeks ago for a waxing in preparation for a wedding. I purchased a Groupon only to find out i could only use it during certain times so i was unable to redeemed it at the time of my service. The owner was the one who did the waxing and was very nice, but she used the same dip stick the entire time (didn’t realize until it was done and she was cleaning up). The wax was either too hot or she was not pulling the strips off incorrectly because I left with my skin very inflamed and Irritated. Woke up the next morning with a huge painful bump that i had to have cut open and drain/disinfect. I also suffered from severe hyperpigmentation after the inflammation went down.
