I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mobile Dental Associates. My 96-year-old grandpa lives in a long-term care facility, and they came out to make him a new set of dentures. Becky, the Patient Services Manager, was incredibly helpful and patient as we waited for my grandpa to be well enough for his dental visit. She was so understanding and supportive throughout the entire scheduling process. Dr. Greene, Tim, and Naomi were absolutely amazing. They treated my grandpa — and our whole family — with such kindness, compassion, and reassurance during the entire procedure. They truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Mobile Dental Associates to anyone with a loved one in a care facility.

Mom is 96 and in a continuing care facility. Transporting her for dental care is no longer an option. I contacted Mobile Dental Associates to see if they could help us. The entire team went above and beyond my expectations. They obtained all the necessary credentials for the retirement community (thank you Becky!), and Mom had her first cleaning & x-rays done last week with Dr. Greene, Naomi & Tim. It was amazing to see the process and it was all easily completed with Mom sitting in her wheelchair. We were so impressed with the quality of their care. We have been very pleased with both Dr. Greene and Tim Newman's care for my mother who resides in a memory care facility. They have been kind and attentive to my mother as well as to our family and the staff at the facility. Also Becky, the admin, is fantastic and responsive. As a person with a degenerative neurological disease, it is impossible for me to transfer to a dentist chair anymore. I have had both cleanings and a little more invasive work done from my hospital bed, which is really great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that kept us from being a five star rating was the challenge in getting my billing estimates in a timely manner. But, the service was really great and they did everything they could to make me comfortable.
