I have always had an issue finding a medical office where I truly felt comfortable with the staff and services offered. That is until I was fortunate enough to discover MKR Medical @ 828 Utica Avenue in Brooklyn. I was genuinely surprised that from day one almost one year ago both the front desk and medical professional staff were welcoming and highly professional in their care/duties as they assisted with every aspect of my medical needs. They are focused on providing the best care possible for the host of diverse clients in their care throughout the region they operate in. All of my experiences have been wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. Every question was answered in detail. I was given options and my interests and opinions were valued. I loved their honesty and respect. I am well pleased with everyone, in particular Dr. Etienne, an extremely lovely lady. She takes time to educate her patients.

The service was timely and professional. When doing procedures the staff explained the steps. If your medical coverage allows for full yearly physical do all recommended exams in one visit and go back for results. I am so glad I was directed to this location. It can get busy so go early have patience and be respectful to all staff members they are only trying to help and get you out timely.

This is my very first time visiting and the experience and patient care was exceptional. The staff was dedicated and welcoming. Doctor Angela was very patient, knowledgeable , a great listener, gentle in her tone and provided for my needs. Overall the place was very clean and I love that.
