I’ve been coming here for almost two years now for Invisalign, and I honestly have no complaints at all. Jennifer is AMAZING when it comes to explaining payments and insurance she was so helpful and really went out of her way to contact my insurance when I needed help. Meeting Dr. Mizrahi was a pleasure as well. He explained everything clearly and told me exactly what I needed to do, which made the whole process feel less stressful. Everyone in the office is super friendly, but I especially want to shout out Dr. Kristal. She always answers all my questions, has the biggest smile, and makes me feel so comfortable every visit which is honestly the most important part for me. I am very pleased with the care/treatment I received . The staff are all very nice and accommodating. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes during my entire period of treatment there. Hi everyone, I’d like to share my experience with Dr. Mizrahi’s clinic. On the surface, everything looks top-notch—attentive staff, seemingly qualified doctors. But I believe a company's true professionalism is only tested when things go wrong. Whether a business takes responsibility or simply pretends nothing happened is the real measure of their care for the client. Unfortunately, my experience was devastating. First, the entire process was dragged out due to an incorrect initial diagnosis by the head doctor. It went on for so long that they eventually told me I had 'exceeded the limit' for temporary retainers. Their solution? Shaving down my healthy teeth where the bite didn't align. This is incredibly harmful because it destroys the enamel—a layer that does not regenerate and serves as
