Wonderful experience with Gretchen. This was my first time getting my eye brows done and was anxious at first, but she makes sure you are comfortable. She shows you the shape of the eyebrows and adjust per your liking before she starts. Had a great conversation while she worked for a couple hours. Gretchen is the most amazing human being ever! Being someone who has struggled with keeping a consistent brow shape I knew that microblading would be right for me. To be honest, I was feeling kind of nervous before my appointment because I didn't know what to expect. But as soon as I got to the salon and met up with Gretchen I immediately felt at ease. We had great conversation throughout the entire appointment which was a nice distraction from the slight pain I felt. I am so so happy with how my brows turned out. As someone who had struggled in the past in shaping/maintenance of my brows - I was so happy when the star finally aligned and we were able to make this happened. Gretchen made sure I understood the procedure, answered any questions, was very gentle and always checking in during the procedure to make sure I was happy and kept well communication even weeks after! I appreciate the time and effort to make sure my brows were the perfect shape - it did not feel like this was "a job and unto the next one" kind of service.Nothing was rush. I have always wanted to do microblading on my eyebrows and had no idea I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE my brows this much. I had the best experience and I highly recommend MIZKBROWS! Gretchin is not only the sweetest person I ever met but she made me feel comfortable and beautiful.
