His tech refused to suction spit and blood from my mouth and kept insisting that i swallow it. He numbed me, giving me jaw problems now, for nothing. He sent me home for not swallowing my spit and blood instead of making his assistant suction it. I mean, what else was she there for..?? I really hate that they did that to me. I wish he never numbed me at all because I’ll have this jaw problem for life now when he couldn’t even complete the job.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mitcherling. From the first consultation, he was thorough and caring. He came in with a model and my X-rays, explaining everything clearly and discussing all my options including my ridiculous "denial" suggestion. I mean, I was able to ignore the problem for years... Anyway, it was clear he genuinely cares about his patients. He was so kind and patient. In my consultation visit, I ended up changing my mind about the procedure we agreed on - after he left the exam room. He came back, and went over a few other options before we made a decision together. My second visit was for a tooth extraction. Everything was amazing. I had a wisdom tooth pulled a week ago. I was so nervous because I’m not a fan of the dentist at all. I’m so happy I went to Dr Mitcherling. He talked me through the whole procedure. It was over so fast that I didn’t even believe he was done. I didn’t have a lot of pain after.His staff was great also. I would recommend.

I had 2 teeth extracted here, expected it to be an expensive and painful nightmare but thankfully in my case it was neither. Dr. Mitcherling has a great bedside manner that helped calm me down, and I was out the door about an hour after my appointment time. He does a great job of explaining your options and letting you know what's happening every step of the way. Reception staff were kind and helpful as well, and the dental assistants were very comforting too. Definitely recommend this place if you need dental surgery in the Baltimore area.

Had my two impacted wisdom teeth taken out a week ago by Dr. William Mitcherling. I was so impressed. He's very gentle and friendly. I also really had no significant pain afterwards at all. I was so shocked and anticipating more. He really knows what he is doing and cares about your comfort. I have already recommended him to family and friends.
