I had a great experience here with optic health. Not sure why the reviews are so bad. Subjectively it was smooth. I'll come back for my next checkups!

This place is terrible. Avoid Dr. David Egan at any costs him and the other doctors at MIT medical are more worried about insurance costs than delivering treatment to patients. I am sorry for the MIT students who are forced to rely on this horrendous level of care.

Very pleasantly surprised at what a good experience I had at MIT urgent care. Kind, efficient, effective staff, shockingly short wait, and a really lovely provider who did not make me feel rushed at all, and was happy to talk through her rationale for what tests and medications she would or wouldn't recommend and why, and what my next steps should be if my symptoms don't improve in a certain timeframe. Obviously I was there at a time when things weren't especially busy, and I don't know how things compare during peak flu season (for instance), but I couldn't believe how easy the visit was, and how helpful all the people were, even in that limited setting.

The lab has the most unfriendly and rude people. Lady with the hijab, maybe you need to losses the head scarf a little its making you onery.

Horrible, horrible receptionist and doctor who couldn’t care less for the patients or the condition in which they arrive! Not only are you folks terrible at your profession and knowledge but you’ve also consistently proved that you’re inhumane! A government clinic in an underdeveloped country provides a better service than you. Not to mention the sky high insurance premiums for such a crappy service called “MIT Health”. Well done on your mindblowing incompetence that seems to be a feat very few could achieve.
