I was very scared and concerned about where my mother would have to go to for rehab after her near-death experience and hospital scare. Sometimes the reviews are mixed, and some people have different experiences whether good or bad. But everyone has different opinions and outlooks on things. With this facility and staff, I have never been so happy and relieved to find out that they were so awesome at their jobs. That I could leave my mom in the hands of these people and not worry. Some of the nicest and sweetest health care personnel I have ever met. I was able to sleep at night knowing my mom was here and taken care of. Upon arriving to the facility, it was very nice, properly cleaned and great landscaping. My family and I went to visit my great uncle and the staff was very professional, very welcoming and very helpful. The facility was very clean, smelled great, the residents were happy and I thank all of the staff who are taking great care of my great uncle. This is a great facility if you're looking for a great facility to keep your loved one.

This facility needs to be reported to the state you have cna in the hallways asleep not tending to the residents 2 other cna outside in the back smoking marijuana. The poor lady that was working the front all she can say they always like this on the weekend. Let's not forget when you first come into the facility the ladies in the middle has music blasting dancing singing, as you come down the hallways the room are cluttered and has a lot of fall hazards, exposed cream inside a cup which is another violation. I was there for over 2hrs and not 1 round was made so unprofessional and pathetic I'm not just writing a review I'm reporting to state from the looks of things this is normal shouldn't none of the residents have to go through that this facility taking their money stealing from residen

This place is disgusting. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. My Mother was told they were not allowed to help her to the restroom and that she would have to go to the restroom in a diaper and then they would come and clean her up. She could not hold it and had to humiliate herself and go in the diaper and then it leaked through and soaked her clothing and the bedding and they made her sit in her urine for more than 30 minutes and did not come to see her when she pushed the emergency button 6 times. This place should be shut down. Metal pieces of furniture and door frames are rusted and the walls are very dirty. This place is horrendous.

DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. There was a night nurse, Katrina W., who would take 1-2 hours to give me my pain meds. Once, Katrena claimed that she couldn’t find the key to the controlled substance box. There was a nurse deleting Dr prescribed medication out of my chart. I know this because a day nurse, Angelo told me that he entered the med in the computer on a Tuesday and he gave it to me. He was off on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, I told Angelo that I wasn’t getting my Celebrex and he said that someone was deleting it. I spoke to the Patient Advocate, Chris, and she later told me that she knew who was deleting medication orders from the computer. Chris told me this nurse would not be working there much longer.
