Dr stout is so great he always is able to squeeze me in for an emergency, has really great analogies for everything, and doesnt mind that I usually cry through the whole appointment. His front desk ladies especially Diana go above and beyond and are so sweet. And the DA Lauren seriously made my extraction so much easier. I get so anxious in the dental chair and she made me feel much more comfortable and at ease with her goood energy. Sorry for being a probably difficult patient but you guys always treat me so well! And you are always welcoming to my family rmthat I bring as emotional support. That means a lot too. -Rachel

Why I liked my visit. Diana at the front desk welcomed me and went over what was to be done and the cost, setting expectations. Lori hygienist acknowledged she had reviewed my history. Based on that I had sensitive teeth let me know that she would be doing manual teeth cleaning rather than laser. Gentle cleaning - I did not feel any discomfort. Cordial. Lauren xray tech - I am historically challenging for X-rays because I have a small mouth. She was positive and persistent and tried alternate approaches til she got the job done. Dr Stout - Thoroughly explained the findings of the exams to me putting things in laymen’s terms.

Dr Ramirez is a wonderful dentist with a great bed side manner. You can really tell that he loves what he does!! I would recommend him to anyone. Missouri Flat Dental Group is a wonderful and beautiful facility, They were able to help me with payment plans and offered additional discounts for me even though I don’t have insurance. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Doctor Omar has good feel with his hands making you feel comfortable in the chair, very good at what he does! I felt taken care of & not taken advantage of, highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a good dentist office

The team that I saw today, on my very first visit, is phenomenal! Dr Stout, Lauren, and Diana are some of the finest people I’ve met; thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and all around top-notch at what they do. I went in for consultation on a large project. I came out with all the information for that project and the feeling that friendships are being made. If you’re looking for dental care by staff that really show you personal care and work with you to take care of your teeth. This is the group to go to. I highly recommend them.
