I can not say enough good things about this hospital!! My husband was a patient for a week having major back surgery. Everything from the checkin process to the exit process was top notch. The nursing staff, the PT staff, the OT staff, just everyone involved in his care were just amazing!! Thank you Missouri Baptist Hospital for being just the greatest in healthcare.

Had surgery here yesterday, and have been very impressed with every interaction during my time here. From the check-in desk to the surgeon to the post-op nurses and staff everyone has been cheerful, polite, and knowledgeable. I was never once made to feel like I was a bother or an inconvenience, even when I hit the call button at 3:30 in the morning to get some more ice water. Surgery was a five-star success, as well as has been the post-op care. We drove three and a half hours to have the surgery here rather than our hometown, and I'm so glad we made that decision. I cannot recommend Missouri Baptist Hospital enough. ✝️

I have a white coat syndrome. When I found out that I needed to do an iron infusion, I panicked. But when I came to the hospital, I was lucky to have Amber Fountaine taking care of me. She managed to calm me down and made me feel comfortable. She has very light hands. When she attached the IV, I didn’t feel any pain. No traces or bruises afterwards. The procedure went very smoothly. I am very thankful to Amber for her demeanor and great work. Raisa Belotserkovsky

I just want to say that I went through a horrible experience at another ER due to my sprained ankle. I wasn’t properly examined or prescribed anything for my sprained ankle and was instructed to do things that caused extended and extreme damaged to my ligament and the nurses at this other place was extremely unprofessional. I ended to urgent care because my foot went ice cold and numb. They quickly referral me to MO Baptist. The nurses here I mean almost every nurse who I interacted with was Great! Each person took the time to listen to what happened and took the time to look at my ankle. I got the proper scans by the nurses . Then NP Kulasic came into see me personally and did full examination on my foot. Did a reflex test. She prescribed me medications due to my intense pain. She answere

The friendliest ER that I've ever stepped in. I went with my mom- they were friendly- each and every person- from techs to doctors. I was stunned. They offered warm blankets to those waiting in the waiting room and were oh so patient. It took a while to get admitted- but you could tell everyone was doing their best. I've always been a "Mercy" girl- I'm seriously thinking of changing.
