Mississippi County Hospital Systems

The rudest people I have talked to in a long time. Now I work for the public and dealt with rude people but not like this. I had missed a call from this hospital, now I was nervous that someone I knew had been in an emergency. The switchboard operator was telling me he can’t help me or nothing and I told him well can you send me to anyone that can help I’m trying to get answers. He transferred me to the er and she was downright rude and I gave the last names I could think of and she didn’t even check just said nope. These are the type of people we hire for the hospital. I still don’t have any answers as to why they called.
