Mission Nursing Home

The social workers Jacob and Linda here are wonderful and so helpful for the residents and their family. They've consistently done what's best for my dad, often going above and beyond, and I trust them with his care. They've been so helpful navigating this difficult season of his life. I appreciate their compassion and strength. So grateful for them!

Please check on your fellas here OFTEN! This place is dishonest, neglectful, and money hungry. I feel so bad for the men that are here that can not speak or move on their own. If you visit please pay attention! If you see something say something. Document! These guys sweep a lot of details under the rug and will lie straight to your face. If you have a choice, do not put anyone you care about within this facility. **Updated** You're response is nearly 2 yrs late. Believe me when I tell you we absolutely reported your facility to Adult Protective Services. Your staff is absolutely awful. Especially your "supervisors". Hopefully within this time you've made positive changes...but the abuse I witnessed with my own eyes not only toward my loved one but many others as well was truly heartbreak

My dad recently passed away but lived here the last several years of his life. I live out of state but when I visited he told me he was very happy and well taken care of at Mission. He mentioned he once considered transferring to another facility after a disagreement with administration (he didn't like one of the rules) but said he realized this was the best place for him, apologized and decided to stay. The staff was very kind, compassionate, and helpful especially after dad's death. My brother and I could tell they really cared. My only suggestion would be streamlining the process for gathering deceased residents' property. Otherwise, I highly recommend this facility.

If you care about your loved ones DO NOT have them at this facility. My dad recently suffered a major stroke and was brought to this facility. He fell out of his bed on numerous occasions and my sister went to visit him and he was naked on the floor soiled. He stated many times he was left unattended for multiple hours with out being checked on. The list goes on. We are going to be hiring an attorney to go after this terrible place.

Horrible horrible horrible place. The residents ARE not treated correctly. They are left in their rooms and not checked on for hours. We made numerous reports to the administrator and they told us we were lying. We started to seek legal action, they removed my father from the home and sent him to the emergency department for covid reasons. The ER then called back to say he is stable why was he sent here, justice the charge nurse lied and said we did not like black people taking care of our father so they would not be taking him back. We never ONCE reported that, my father himself is not white so it makes no sense. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONCES IN THIS HOME OR TCU, they will be abused and mistreated.
