Miryem Kandinov DDS PC

Most of my family used to come to her for dental work until we were subjected to her brutal 'dental' practices. She would remove baby teeth with her fingers and yell and make fun of patients who screamed in pain. Worst of all she would maim otherwise healthy teeth and say that you had a cavity or some other issue in the healthy tooth and to come back and see her so she could milk more money from insurance. I don't know what the Dentistry Board was thinking when giving this monster a license.

This is a full care family business, not some walk-in dentist storefront. Three women are at your service. The senior is Miryem, next is her daughter Dr. Bitton and also her daughter-in-law Yelena. They serve a wide range of people from an MTA bus driver to a lawyer with the same care and professionalism. They take virtually all types of payment and insurance. The office is pleasant and the staff is caring and courteous. As for me, I am not an easy patient and have long experience with dental work since I was a child. Now I'm an old cranky guy. I did not inherit the genes that produce beautiful teeth. I have known the owner for 14 years when she did my first case. I was treated by all three doctors this year. I’ve been on this dental office for years and it was everything ok until my last visit. Dr. Yellena kandinov charged and made her clients for what my insurance covers. Beside that, all receptionist were rude as I was owing something. I don’t know what happened to that stuff, but they used to be better. They losing manners how to treat their client well. I didn’t refuse to pay, even because I payed what she charged. But when I saw her game, I realized that she charge her clients beside what she will make money from the insurance either. Horrible stuff, experience and how they treat their clients. I don’t need that. I’m vet and I know policies and good manners how to treat patients and clients. Until today, Dr. Yellena kandinov didn’t claim to the insurance. I don’t recommend !

If you ever have an appointment with Miryem Kandinov, do not go. She has very bad bed side manners. She is a scammer, try to make you pay for services that is covered under your insurance & when she is in network with your coverage. She is very very rude. Do not waste your time, and money. So you go at your own risk.

What I've notice When I was With my grandmother Getting her teeth exam Is that the dental lady isn't hygienic as I imagine, doesn't change her gloves as she should and does not wear mask. My grandmother Only visit the clinic twice and that's enough to ever coming back. My grandmother didn't felt comfortable and neither did I, nearly everybody in the Office was rude especially the one doing clean/examing the teeth. I was specially shocked how most of employees in the office does not believe in vaccination Which that can be perfectly fine But they aren't being respectful To wear mask which can potential put some at risks, like my grandmother.
