Tried to make an appointment, they are booked over a month out. Find a better doctors office that doesn’t overbook.

Dr. Ignacio was very friendly and helpful. She did not body shame me or browbeat me even once. She was professional and solution-oriented. She ordered me my labs and ultrasounds without any hesitation and she will be referring me to a therapist for my mental health. I believe that she lives up to her practice’s motto of “life, love and compassion” by taking her patients’ whole mind-body into consideration.

This lady's unbelievable. So I had a stroke in October. Went to see her. In the begining it was ok here it is 5 weeks she refuses to extend my disability even after an optometrist said I couldn't see good enough to operate heavy equipment. She insisted I return to work also I currently have 12 stitches in my neck from vascular surgery. I don't know what she's thinking. Disability for me barely covers the bills. I told her I make 6 figures and love my job but I can't see to do it. So now I'm in a bind with no income she's gonna put me on the streets. Definitely going to change Drs this. Think twice before you go to this lady. So this was this was the result of her telling me I needed to go back to. Had a stroke behind the wheel and rolled it over.

I had a virtual visit with Dr. Ignacio yesterday and she was supposed to order my meds. Unfortunately I didn't get the meds I needed. I don't have a problem with Dr. Ignacio, she is a great Dr. but my issue is her office knows that they are closing when I called 10 minutes before they close and the lady I talked to took care of my appt scheduling first before transferring to their meds Dept. when in fact she knows I need my meds. She should have transferred me first so I can get my medication. Now, she said they are close and that to call first thing in the morning. What the "F"

My experience was on my first visit she’s very thorough to investigate all my issues, she referred me to all kinds of Dr specialists on every cases. But the problem she’s always in a hurry and the physician network that she’s refer me is way too far and takes a long months to sched an aptn.
