Miramar Eye Center

I had an excellent visit at this eye doctor’s office. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, Melly and Denise were amazing, kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout my visit. The office was clean and organized. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns, explained my exam results in a way I could understand, and made sure all my questions were answered. I felt well cared for and will definitely be returning.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Denise at Miramar Eye Center. It was such a pleasure having her assist me with an urgent eyeglass issue. Denise went above and beyond to make sure my situation was resolved quickly and with care. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine concern made all the difference. She truly exemplifies excellent customer service, and I’m so grateful for her help.

The lady in the front desk was really helpful and nice . I loved that it was quick and easy to check in and get my glasses . The whole process was smooth . You can tell she really tries to help and accommodate everyone . Definitely will be recommended this place .

My family and I have been going to Dr. Gagliano for sometime now. When it was her and her staff Melanie & Angie things ran smoothly and pleasantly! The young girls were very attentive and helpful. Even with my younger children, they knew exactly how to handle and manage them. I also took my father who’s older & somewhat difficult and even with him, they had so much patience and always willing to assist & answer his 100 questions. More recently we have gone and the staff is new, not as friendly and clearly did not know what they were doing. Even when calling to follow up and see if my glasses were ready for pick up, they were unable to give me a clear answer, phone line was dropping & they ended up just sending me a text, not professional at all.
