Morgan and Chrissy are so kind and attentive. Bless their hearts, they are working so hard to take care of all their patients! They are covering a few different stores right now, so call before you head that way to find out what store they are in that day or make an appointment.

I was excited to get these hearing aids and thought they would be superior to my Starkeys. I unfortunately have not had a good experience. from day one. The techs are helpful but I have an issue with my right hearing aid since last October and although they have addressed by changing receivers 3 times it’s not solving it and now he’s thrown his hand up and insinuating it’s in my head. Not. I recently bought a charger that I ended not needing as soon as I got home. Never opened it up. I called immediately and was told by the tech Ronnie that I had 30 days to return. There was no mention on my several visits to the store that day about a no return policy. Neither the doctor nor tech at that time mentioned it nor does my receipt say no returns. My wife and I set up an appointment due to an ad offering free hearing test, and a $25 gift certificate. Upon arrival we were told the hearing specialist was out sick and an associate from an office in Mississippi was substituting. We waited 2 1/2 hours in the lobby before seeing the specialist. After the hearing test was done, the visiting associate went over the results and then produced a brochure which offered 5 products available, and narrowing them down to two as a result of the test findings. We made a choice of one set of aids, and the associate arranged “loaners” to try for a week to help us decide after quoting the price for the pair (somewhere around $7,000). Very disappointed with this company. They called me several weeks ago to schedule a hearing test for this afternoon so I planned my meetings around the test. Then yesterday they call wanting to reschedule later in the afternoon we agreed on a later time. I showed up for my appointment and there were 4 other people in the waiting room who were to be seen before me. Another person came in right after me and took the last seat in the waiting room, right next to me. So much for Social Distancing!! I refused to wait in this over crowded waiting room and asked the receptionist to find another afternoon appointment and rebook me. The soonest day I could get was 3 weeks from now. Come on folks, you can do better than that.

I would not recommend miracle ear hearing aid center, seen the add on TV needing 50 people to test their new product with no out of pocket cost to the applicant. First thing they done as soon as I walked through the door is have me fill out a form so they can run your credit to figure out how you will be paying for the new line of hearing aids that you're supposed to be testing for them. Sounds to me like false advertisement, needless to say they could not help me, they don't take Medicaid, and I don't have credit or any other means to pay for their hearing aids. I did however get a free hearing test on both ears but when I asked for a copy of the report they only allowed me to take a photo of the report to bring elsewhere.
