the atmosphere in this office is unmatched & kim at the front was amazing! my grandpa usually hates appointments but he had such a positive experience.

Kim stayed over to assist my husband with his hearing aids. She is soooo knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We we truly appreciate her staying over and helping us. She is a very good employee. You are very blessed to have her on your staff.

I had my first appointment with Kim this afternoon and was very impressed. She was caring, professional, knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions! I had done a lot of research but wasn't intending to purchase hearing aids today...was just going to get a price. I am completely blown away by the specialist in the office. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain how the ear works, and how she can help me with hearing loss. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs this type of service.

Miraclear you're good but when you don't take certain people's insurance that's not good to me but you treated me nice I liked it it was cleaning there and I like the people they really nice to me I hope the girl that got in the accident that worked there is okay
