Mio Massage Spa

Idk what the other review is talking about. She never sat on me but she did get leverage by putting her knees on the table. And im comfortable being naked in a massage there is a towel so get comfortable or dont go.

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I came in with severe lower back pain today and asked for focus on my low back and glutes. I have a low back injury and the massage therapist SAT on my back and straddled me while I was face down, this hurt so much. The massage therapist did not even work on my low back or glutes at all. In addition, you have to pay before your service, and they make you tip on Venmo before you leave. She also kept repetitively exposing my entire body during the massage. When she was massaging my shoulders, each time she would come across a knot, she would ease up on the pressure and not work on the knots. I will not be returning.

The Milehigh Day Spa is very clean and tidy and very nice atmosphere inside, they have some candles or something that create a nice soothing smell as well. I had a great massage with Susan last Thursday, she was very kind and gentle and happy. She asked how much pressure I liked and if I had any specific areas that needed work. She had ocean wave sounds playing and was guiding her hands like they were waves sweeping across my body. Very relaxing and attentive to my needs during the massage. I will be returning soon.

I had a wonderful experience at Milehigh Day Spa. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and professional. I enjoyed a deep tissue massage that really helped relieve my muscles. The place was clean and well-maintained. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a great massage!

There's a new masseuse at Mio Massage Spa. Welcome Eva. I've been a client of Eva's for over 6 years and after 35 years in the tennis business I've had plenty of massages. Eva is by far the best I've ever had. She has soft hands for a relaxing massage and also very strong for a deep tissue massage. Give Eva a call !!
