MinuteClinic at CVS

One star because of inefficient service. We were delayed by more than 1.5 hrs becauseofa computer glitch. In fairness I am editing my review. This facility still gets one star because of inefficiency. Turns out the entire problem boils down to improper staffing. They have one PA that has to check in all patients, solve computer insurance issues and administer vaccines. This is a 2 person job. The poor PA was completely overwhelmed.

I dont think they know what they're doing there my daughter had two rapid mono tests there both said negative then had blood work that proves she has mono so I was told either the tests were old and useless or the so called cvs Dr didn't know how to do the test accurately

Last Saturday I was diagnosed with a bug bite that caused a severe skin and swelling problem. I am in Virginia for works, so I went to the CVS Minute clinic in Williamsburg. The RN must have under estimated the amount of skin irritation, because I only have about one day supply left of the ointment in less than a week. I am also on antibiotics for the third time this summer. I went to the clinic 9/4 and a different person basically hollered at me that she doesn't take or answer questions without an appointment and the earliest appointment is three days away. I told her I was out of medicine she said she didn't care, make an appointment. I did try and there was no appointment today. So it was around 5:30 when I arrived. The sign on the door said "WITH PATIENT" So I thought I would

Went there because I needed a health screening for my job. With the insurance it has to be a certain time period. Went in on Saturday. First or all they were taking people ahead of me. I had an appointment at 11 and so did another lady. I have been checked in way ahead of this lady but they took her in first. Get in and been seen Go home to put in my numbers on my insurance website and she forgot to put my glucose number on my paper. So I called back spoke with someone and they were going to call me back Never received a call. So I've tried several times leaving messages and still no call back Finally got to talk with someone she told me she wasn't authorized to do anything That the nurse practitioner had to do it and she will have her do it. Don't know if the nurse got the message or n

Minute clinic people were nice when I needed treatment, but there is no number to call and ask for test results or to discuss follow up help. Every time I called the provided number, I would be transferred to a random CVS or I would be hung up on. Beth from the pharmacy was lovely as to try and connect me to the minute clinic, but if you’re needing continued help and care, I wouldn’t recommend this service. Go to a urgent care instead. I feel like they didn’t care after they swiped my debit card. 😞
