Mary Beth just cancelled my appt because she’s mad about my previous review of her disgusting behavior. So she can’t even do her job properly to begin with. Then ONTOP of her poor performance and behavior she wants to cancel my appt because she’s mad about my opinion on her behavior. She had SOMEONE ELSE call me to cancel my appt 20 minutes prior because she feels ‘there’s no therapeutic relationship and it was due to my review on google’ I absolutely put in a complaint with cvs as everyone she treats poorly should.

Always a good experience at this Minute Clinic! The negative reviews tell more about the "reviewers" than the clinicians and nurses at this location. It is easy to make an appointment and be seen here than any other local clinic. TY!!!

So this "walk-in clinic" in CVS is by appointment only. You have to make an appointment after you walk-in. Great system. Considering moving all my prescriptions now to a company who has a clue and/or isn't misleading.

I was able to make an appointment online in the morning for a time that worked with my schedule. I was seen promptly by both a nurse and NP. Both were very pleasant and professional. They treated my illness and sent a prescription to my pharmacy.
