MinuteClinic at CVS

My mom had been sick for a few days. I made an appointment for her online. The process was very easy. We went to minute clinic at our appointment time and was seen right away. Compared to other places this was exceptional. The provider asked about symptoms and medications and took vitals. She made some good recommendations and was very happy with the pleasantness and professionalism of the provider.

Immaculate facility. NP was thorough and kind. Excellent medical care for a sinus infection without the long wait at the ER and some walk-ins. Great that not affiliated with one hospital group or another. Only drawback was I don't have the CVS APP to pre- book an appointment and had to wait as people came in after me with APP connections were taken first.

I had my second good experience getting my vaccine shot through minute clinic. Reasonable wait time due to treating a sick patient. This was my second vaccine administered this fall through the minute clinic. Both healthcare professionals were professional and personable. Both shots were administered painlessly.

Wouldn’t hesitate to get care at the local CVS Minute Clinic. Making the appointment online was easy and convenient. The NP who saw me was great! Would highly recommend it.

I was trying to schedule an appointment online for a member of the family and the website twice went blank after filling out name and DOB etc. Called store in Swansea and the manager Brook advised me number to call and what option to choose. When I called the representative that I spoke with was very vague and not very helpful. Called store again and spoke to Brook and she was better than the CSR. BROOK the manager was the most helpful from all options. After all the disorganization we decided to fo to another company.
