Swansea Pediatrics

My sons have been patients of Dr. Reynolds since they were born, so for the last three years I have grown to know this office very well, especially because my oldest has acquired allergies and severe eczema. I truly cannot recommend Swansea Pediatrics enough as they always, ALWAYS go above and beyond for my children. Dr. Reynolds, has always gone up to bat for my kids and made sure her team doesn't quit until we get responses asap. And recently, after a medical emergency, we received a follow up call while they were closed during the weekend to simple notify me that I am not alone and they are here to support me. I also received a follow up on Sunday to assure that my son was ok by Dr Reynolds. How amazing is that? It is so refreshing to know that regardless of what life throws at us my ch

Absolutely great pediatricians! I’ve been coming here for 20+ years! Dr. Costello is very attentive, thorough and great with kids! I have seen many physicians for my 2 kids for emergency “sick visits” and never had any issues! So far out of 20+ years I haven’t waited more than 5 minutes! They have always returned my calls and been amazing, thank you Swansea pediatrics!

Called and they made an appointment for a random kid with the same birthday as my kid because the name sounded similar, even though the last name was completely different from my last name that I gave them when I started the call. On top of that looked up my other kids name, same last name as mine. Total unprofessional buffoonery. And then to top it off won't see any of my children because of a medical choice we have the liberty to make. Unethical to deny children care based on private medical decisions regarding medicines. If a pediatric doctor will make glaring clerical mistakes on top of disregard certain children they cannot care for the welfare of all children and cannot be trusted to care for any children.

Dr. Markie is simply one of the greats. She's informed, experienced, communicates very well, and she cares. My wife and I recommend her 100%. We trust her and feel fortunate and grateful that she is guiding us with our son's health and through our new journey as parents. Also, the nurses and staff our so warm, welcoming, and helpful. It's always a pleasure visiting Swansea Pediatrics.

A wonderful first experience. Shannon from the admin team was lovely to work with and seemed very happy to help even though I had called multiple times with questions. The nurses are so sweet (Ian is an absolute rockstar with vaccines, my 3 year old didn’t even flinch). Dr. Farrar was great!! She took her time with us, was very informative, and when my 3 year old was not listening she let him “help” with his baby brothers check up. It just felt right. I’m so glad we decided to switch practices!
