actually the most frustrating experience. says they close at 7:30 and every time i’ve tried to come after work, at about 5/5:30pm (today at 5:15), they are already closed. had gone once in the past with a friend and appreciated the fast and easy service so i have repeatedly tried to return. if you do not work a job during the day time and can come before 5, i would give it a try as they are usually great and affordable! otherwise i would sadly try to go elsewhere (forgot to mention, i even called as i left work today to avoid having the same thing happen, and they said they were still taking walk-ins, but sadly they were already closed)
I don’t have a PCP so I thought this would be good place to get my shots and physical done. I thought wrong. First of all their website is a nightmare. The staff seemed nice enough I suppose. Unfortunately that’s where the compliments end. The one concern I had about my physical health was unable to be addressed by the provider. So I thought fine, let’s just check these boxes so I can get this physical done. Admittedly, I did not bring the physical form I needed, So I had to go back. Of course I haven’t been able to see that same provider since and no other provider will transfer the data from the wrong form to the correct one. Which I would get, had they actually done a physical. In my opinion a medical facility should either be able to fill out forms or provide medical care. Ideally they
After waiting 2 hours for a walk-in appointment, arriving before open, the NP checked in with me and said I may or may not be seen because they had a very busy morning. They indeed had a nonstop flow of patients, as I saw. 10 minutes later, I was called back to an exam room and the service was friendly, quick, and informative. Nurse JJ was kind and efficient, and Provider Kimberly was knowledgeable and thorough. Huge thanks to this small but amazing team that fills an urgent gap in the healthcare landscape of 2025 America. I know working in corporate healthcare can be challenging, but this team makes it happen and CVS is lucky to have them! Thank you!
We made an appointment for my son when he was sick, and we were seen immediately upon entering the minute clinic. Our practitioner, Katherine Day, was kind and patient with my son. She was knowledgeable and she put him at ease. It was a quick and easy experience. His test results were ready in 5 minutes! We normally have to wait for at least an hour at patient first, so this was so much easier. A++++
This is more a review of a provider than the clinic as a whole. Provider: a nurse practitioner initials AC (using initials so as to not tar her name) On time: yes Interpersonal / clinical skills: poor. AC prescribed me a significantly larger dose of a steroid that I had been prescribed for the same condition only two months before. I pointed out the difference and she told me I hadn’t been prescribed enough of a dose. I then told her it successfully treated the condition the first time, and in reply, AC curtly stated, “I follow guidelines.” Her body language, tone, and lack of even a cursory examination seemed to indicate she didn’t really care about me as a patient and that she actually disliked me. Her response also seemed to suggest that my previous provider didn’t follow guidelines,
