MinuteClinic at CVS

I had a good experience at the CVS minute clinic on Springforest Rd. The PA took her time was friendly and genuinely cared about my condition and recovery. Scheduling the appointment on line was simple enough if you have a CVS account.

First experience using Minute Clinic at CVS last week. Tara was the technician. She was absolutely fabulous. Received my flu and covid shot. Didn't even feel it! Just awesome! Great customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Tara!

I was incredibly impressed with the facility and the practitioner that served me at this minute clinic. The practitioner was knowledgeable, thorough in the examination, patient, and willing to explain both the test she was doing, and the results. The practitioner was ready for me as soon as I arrived for my appointment. No waiting. I’ve never had that happen to me at a typical urgent care. There’s always a wait even if you make an appointment. Unfortunately, I ended off with a diagnosis of influenza a. Was pretty sick for a couple of days. But the efficiency and professionalism of this appointment was one of the few things that made me feel a little bit better over those days. I highly, highly recommend this minute clinic.

Why does the website say "Walk ins welcome" when they are happy to have you "walk-in" but never see you?

Visiting the Minute Clinic was extremely helpful and convenient. The nurse practitioner Hannah is kind, caring and knowledgeable. The waiting area to clean and check in is simple.
