MinuteClinic at CVS

If I could leave zero stars I would. I drove far in icy conditions to come to this minute clinic all just to wait for over 30 minutes for the woman to be on the phone in one of the patient rooms laughing and giggling away. She then decided to come out at 1:29 to tell me they close for lunch at 1:30. She LIED to my face saying she called to tell me. She showed me the phone number she “called” and said that’s what they had one file for me. This was a blatant lie because I can clearly see my correct phone number on my profile and I’ve received calls and texts from CVS before including today for my appointment confirmation. We went to Walmart Pharmacy for vaccinations to my kid for school records. They asked for PCP prescription. To get pcp appointment immediately and find out nearest pcp and their availability is always a tall task. We had to wait for 10 to 15 days for pcp appointment. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to approve my kids school registration. Then we came to know about MinuteClinic in cvs and booked our appointment. We got immediately our appointment on same day in minute clinic cvs nearest to our home, we walked directly with our insurance and photo ID proof. Extremely upset with this clinic. I would give them zero stars if it were an option. I'll start by saying that the male medical assistant was extremely rude and questioned the validity of my statements about my condition, even though the records were right there in my CVS portal for him to see. Now onto the big issue. I got diagnosed with a strep b UTI at a different Minute Clinic on 12/20. Was given antibiotics to treat it. I accidentally skipped a day of meds, and they weren't working as expected. I visited this particular MC on 12/27. Told them that I only had one more day of antibiotics left but would please like to receive another round of antibiotics since obviously the ones I was on, weren't killing the strain.
