MinuteClinic at CVS

I had an amazing experience with this CVS minute clinic in particular. The practitioners here are efficient, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond their experience to help a patient. Jen gave me outside resources and explained my patient history in ways I may not have understood or known before. She minimized my wait time and arranged my appointments to benefit my busy schedule. She organized my paperwork needed for school and had me perfectly set up to start my new semester, healthy and happy! I definitely recommend coming to this clinic. Thank you guys!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this CVS MinuteClinic team! The check-in staff were organized and upbeat, and the nurse practitioner went above and beyond to make sure I understood my treatment. It’s rare to find such compassionate, attentive care these days — I felt like a priority the entire visit. Thank you for making healthcare so approachable and stress-free!

Excellent and compassionate care. I accidentally made an appointment with a different CVS, but the staff at the Military Trail made sure that I was seen there and taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this CVS Ninute Clinic.

Too bad I can't give that place a 0-Star because they don't deserve any star at all. I called to put an appointment at the Minute Clinic for my daughter, they said it's a walk-in clinic, just come in. I got there, the lady name Samantha would not give take accept the poor girl even though there was virtually no one there. I implored her to look at the girl but she would not. She said it's a walk-in in clinic buy you have to put an appointment, make no sense at all to me... Lost my cool with her, trying to reason and a Karen trying to tell me that I needed to shut up, I'm nasty. I almost threw away my shirt and tie and walk on that trailer trash. Anyways, thank Heavens JFK is right down the road to help me get my composure back!

Staff is nice & competent but corporate policies prevent them from being effective. If you're sick, skip minute clinic and go directly to urgent care. You're going to wind up there anyway
