MinuteClinic at CVS

Great experience at this MinuteClinic getting our Covid vaccine. Would highly recommend as nurse and PA are both very competent and caring.

The person checking me in was wonderful, however, the NP NEVER TOUCHED ME. Never took out her stethescope, never looked in my ears, never checked my throat despite my complaint of a severe sore throat, never palpated my lymph nodes which were significantly enlarged. Basically told me my Covid test was positive and was done with me. I believe every can have a bad day or a misstep, and the only reason I share this is the hope that the practitioner looks at the next person differently. I am an RN… you still do a physical on somebody that comes to see you for care.

Terrible service. They first charged my credit card for a co pay when I didn't have one. When you register they have you out your credit card info in ( that's they way they get you) Second the "Nurse Practitioner " just read what the Emergency Department said. She had no opinion, no suggestions. She wrote me a three day excuse , it read, in my medical option this person should be out of work for three days. She didn't even write why I had to be out, on explanation. I couldn't hand that in. Im at work. Thanks "Nurse Practitioner " When I set up my account so I could see what she wrote in her report I couldn't believe it! In the report she has that I have carpal tunnel!! What?! I came in for headaches and neck pain. So apparently she doesn't listen to her patients either! I will never step f

The first time we went we saw Nurse Prac.Dena and she was great. I’m now trying to find out where she works outside of this clinic bc she was the only one there with any kind regard or care for patients. Nurse Prac. Crystal has been rude and disregards the concerns of patients. The last two times we have gone we’ve had her unfortunately. When treating me she talked to me with her back to me. She is very dismissive of you and the symptoms you’re having. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and will be doing everything I can to not go back here.
