MinuteClinic at CVS

I came into the minute clinic and received exceptional care from Nurse J. Tran. She was thorough & quick with a diagnosis. I felt she was knowledgeable and had a clear understanding for my needs and how she can help. I left pleased and content with the care she provided. The plan of care she offered help me feel better than when I came in. I’m very pleased.

I was not feeling well & tried to get in with my doctor or PA in the office which, I’m sure as so many of you know, it was impossible. Got in with CVS Clinic with no problem. Was taken care of by John Elms NP & was very pleased. He was professional, personable, kind & helpful too! After my visit he helped me locate the OVC products he suggested I take.

I usually go when i need something quick and not an emergency. They are usually quick and i don't normally wait long. The doctors are smart and helpful. They always listen, are clean and patient no matter the time of year. I recommend but as with anything remember they are human and can be swamped as well as short staffed so just be aware what time you set your appointment for. I don't walk in unless it's really serious. I do appointments only and teleahealth if it's available.

My experience was excellent. The PA was very professional and He also knew exactly what needed to be done. I took no time at all before I was on my way home, feeling much better.

Very easy to make appt online that accommodated my schedule, was seen in a timely manner, Provider made me feel cared for. Extremely delightful experience.
