MinuteClinic at CVS

Today I took my son to the CVS MinuteClinic for an earache and was extremely disappointed with our experience. The clinic advertises walk-in visits and hours until 7:30 PM. We arrived at 5:50 PM, yet the nurse practitioner refused to see my son. She stated she was trying to leave early, despite us being there within posted hours and after being referred by his insurance to that location. Having a medical provider turn away a child in pain during operating hours felt unprofessional and dismissive. Families rely on MinuteClinic for accessible care, and this experience did not reflect that standard. I have included a photo of the nurse practitioner’s badge for identification. I hope CVS addresses this issue and ensures patients are treated with the care and professionalism they deserve.

Today, I had a pleasant experience at the Minute Clinic. The entire process was smooth, thanks to the exceptional nurse practitioner, Merna Albury. She is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Merna makes getting a vaccine shot a breeze. She’s a breath of fresh air, genuinely cares about her patients, and you can tell she really enjoys her profession. Thank you so much for your exceptional care with me and my husband.

I love the location and the ease of scheduling an appointment on their website. The care and empathy shown to me during my appointment. She was easy to talk to and her skills were absolutely great no pain at all. I received everything I came for and was also given a coupon good for future purchases.

This is maybe my 2nd or 3rd time coming to CVS for minute clinic and it’s such a great experience each time. It’s incredibly convenient when you need to see a medical provider within a short period of time.

My visit with Merna Albert was a pleasure. I was treated with respect and kindness by a very knowledgeable practitioner. I would highly recommend this clinic and this provider.
