MinuteClinic at CVS

I don’t ever write reviews but I had to give Macqualine Triplett, NP a shoutout - I cannot say enough great things about this amazing NP that saw me today. I was already happy I got a same day appointment after 5pm! She made feel seen, not judged, had empathy and overall was a sweet human. She loves what she does and you can tell! Thank you so much.

The CVS Minute Clinic was a awesome choice. I was able to book and appointment with no hassle. I walked in the doctor was very professional and compassionate. She took good care of me. I was able to leave the clinic and go straight to the pharmacy. My first experience and the best one.

The nurse that was there today was very rude. I wanted to get a TB test done. She asked me to call my insurance to verify that the Clinic takes the particular insurance that I have which is champ VA and most places. I know that they the Clinic actually called the insurance to verify so I called since she didn’t want to do it. She had me call my insurance which I was on the phone for 30+min so I told her I was gonna pay out of my pocket. She told me no I could not pay out of my pocket for the TB test And that I have to use my insurance and I need to call to verify if the clinic take insurance so I had to leave because she was very rude. I went to a different MinuteClinic in Kingwood. The nurse practitioner was so nice. She verified my insurance and they did take my insurance. She did my TB

Came in as a walk in got lucky someone didn’t show up so they were able to see me. Which I’m glad because of th holidays everything was closed and they were the nearest place to me. The workers were kind definitely recommend.

My overall experience at the CVS MinuteClinic was excellent. The nurse was kind, and the doctor was very attentive they both answered all my questions and even shared helpful information I didn’t know. I also appreciated that I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment and the appointment didn't take long and i went in on a Friday and i got in and out. I’ll definitely be returning!
