Practitioner was super friendly and caring. Wait time was minimal, have been here before and would go again.
If I could give negative stars I would. I had a really bad infection from my wisdom teeth and needed an antibiotic, I stated that on the forms. I was 8 minutes late, and my appointment was already canceled. I sat there and waited for the only girl to go in and she was out so quick and asked if she could see me. She said I'd have to reschedule and there wasn't anything at all available. There wasn't one person in the waiting room! The CVS was about 40 mins away! Absolutely ridiculous. Go the ready med next door. Better service.
The NP, Risper Ronga, was excellent! She was very thorough, caring, well trained. I was able to get in earlier than my appointment time. Same day, no wait.
My toddlers and I went in for a flu shot. Nurse Stephanie did a wonderful job! She gave my kids “super powers.” It was painless and overall a perfect experience !
The practitioner B. Kiernan does a excellent work , I am really happy and grateful with the treatment that I received at Minute Clinic in Hudson Ma. Thank you very much
