I recently purchased a pair of hearing aids from the HearingLife office in Hudson, MA. The overall experience was terrific. The office location is great, and Donna at the front desk is pleasant, professional and efficient. Brian, the Hearing Specialist, took the time to listen to all of my needs and concerns, and was able to fit me with great hearing aids on my first visit. It is now 3 weeks with my new hearing aids and I am completely satisfied. Bill C.
Love the service. Bryan was the best in every-way. I am not ready yet for I have some other health issues and am afraid of not being able to adjust, but thinking about it.
Hearing Life does excellent work! Brian suggested a change in the little covers for the hearing aid that increased my ability to hear sounds. Dramatic and positive result! Than you!
My experience with HearingLife in Hudson, MA, was excellent. Brian, the Audiologist who did my hearing exam, made me feel very much at ease. He was very thorough in gathering information about my particular hearing difficulties, he explained every series of tests performed- in terms that I was easily able to understand (and did the same with the test results). He then explained the device he recommends as a solution for my type of hearing loss, and further information regarding the services that HearingLife provides for the hearing aids - all in a professional and easy to understand manner. I WILL recommend HearingLife to my family or friends who have hearing difficulty.
It was a good experience and test results matched my 2023 results from ENT. But paying $6000 is hard to deal with
