MinuteClinic at CVS

My experience at this Minute clinic was efficient and professional. It was easy to make the appointment from my home computer. I was expected when I arrived and treated so kindly. The LPN ( so sorry I did not get any names) was kind and gentle with her words. I had all the preliminary testing and questions completed so when I went into the exam room with the nurse practitioner she already knew what I was there for. The appointment was quick and the information I left with was so helpful. I am so appreciative of the care I received.

I often use the MinuteClinic for my family’s medical needs, and most of our experiences have been very positive. While there have been a few unpleasant visits over the years, our recent appointment at the Greensboro College Road location truly stood out in the best way. Nurse Practitioner Elaina Ratliff was extraordinary—kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. Because of experiences like this, I will definitely continue returning to the Greensboro MinuteClinic more often, even though I have one much closer to home. Thank you for the excellent care, Elaina—you are simply the best!

I took my niece to get a physical at the CVS minute clinic on Guilford college road, The triage nurse was the rudest person I've ever come across. She treated us like garbage! Just because we didn't have the correct paperwork. Instead of her explaining it to us what we needed she was flinging the papers everywhere. This nurse does not need to be dealing with public because she does not know how to interact with people. I would not recommend anybody to go to cvs minute clinic on Guilford college road in Greensboro.

Loved it here! Rachel, NP was amazing! She is very knowledgeable & such a positive influence! Extremely professional also. Don’t hesitate to visit the office here at CVS College Rd.

It’s amazing! How incompetent the staff is!!! The only thing that made it worse was the 19 ridiculous excuses offered up after calling several times for over a week. Maybe this, maybe that…NO. Ridiculous incompetence and insulting lack of customer service. I caught them in several lies. Such a dumb and unfortunate waste of time. I should’ve listened to the guy standing there who said he’d been there almost 15 minutes and was getting no where. It’s borderline intentional. At best.
