MinuteClinic at CVS

I felt the care, concern and support from the PA. She listened and had such a calm demeanor about her that made me feel assured that I was in good hands with my health concerns. She helped me to understand what was medically happening and provided the care to start me on the path to recovery.

I would go here again if needed. NP Mary was so caring, thorough, and helpful. I received the care and medications I needed for less out of my pocket than had I went to my PCP. Scheduling online was fairly easy. I did have to wait a few minutes past the appointment time which happens anywhere you go.. Will be scheduling to get my flu vaccine here too

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! So incredibly upset with minute clinic. I recently visited for a simple covid and flu test. I was astonished when I was charged TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for this visit. While minute clinic is in our network, and I should not have been charged. What they won’t tell you is the person I saw was a contractor, and outside of network. At no point were we told this. This has been so incredibly difficult to work out, as I cannot seem to get a refund. I am not typically one to write bad reviews. However, I am a broke college student who just wanted to feel better. At a time that I was doing horribly, minute clinic decided to make my situation even worse. I had already been out of work for being so sick and now i’m having EVEN MORE MONEY taken from me. Dr. Thao Quevendo is the provider I had for my last two appointments here at the Minute Clinic and she is AMAZING!! She provided exceptional service in a quick and timely manner, while also meeting me at my level to make sure I felt safe and welcomed throughout my entire appointment. You can really feel the care in her work. I am a very anxious individual and appreciate how thorough she was in her work, as well as patient. Very respectful of her patients as well. 10/10 feel extremely safe sharing things with this provider. Additionally, I am a tough patient to have, and am aware of this. It's because I am very timid and have a hard time with any medical appointments such as shots, tests, check ups, etc., which causes appointments with me to take longer. This was not the case with Dr. Thao

I went in feeling horrible with a bad cough that was annoying. The nurse practitioner who I saw did amazing. Showed concern, willingness to assist, knowledgeable and even did a follow up call a couple of days later to check on me. The clinic was clean and I felt at peace knowing I got treatment and not needing to head to an ER. Would definitely recommend minute clinics from CVS
