MinuteClinic at CVS

The experience with Clermont Minute Clinic was excellent as it always is!! Nurses and NP are wonderful and thorough with the examination. Exam rooms are always extremely clean. Great place to go if not feeling well!

Disappointed. Came for a walk in. The lady at 12:56p, Sun January 11th at the 1800 Citrus Tower Blvd Clermont, FL stated that she was full & that she will be taking her mandatory lunch break (with an attitude) & then her schedule was full & that I could hang around if I wanted (sarcastically), but she was full. I let her know that I just came for walk in that's all. Either way it was okay with me & I understood that availability wasn't garanteed. Others here have had more patients waiting & were more kind. Customer service today was at 10% (10% for at least acknowledging my husband & I). Usually this location is FANTASTIC, not today unfortunately taking my business elsewhere.

Saved my life. I came in on 11.15 after traveling and coming down with an illness. After just starting a brand new job I was in between insurance and terrified at what a doctor's visit was going to cost me but had no choice with how awful I was feeling. The two women that were working that afternoon could not have been more kind, gentle, and careing. I walked in feeling the most sick I have ever felt in my entire life and tbh pretty scared. I was indeed very ill, but the doctor knowing I had no insurance helped me leave with the least amount of medications (4) to cover the widest range of issues. She also helped me find coupons to help reduce the pricing. I just needed to leave a review and say thank you to these amazing health professionals that I feel saved me that day. Thank you! I

The doctor was very professional. She Made me feel comfortable during my appointment. Everything was clean, neat , organized, and on time I will definitely be returning to the location. Because of her great customer service and professionalism as a doctor

If I could give them negative stars, I would!! went here a month ago for a DOT physical for a CDL license. The form was never uploaded. We’ve been going back and following up weekly with the DMV, CVS and all I get are lies and misrepresentation blaming the DOT. My drivers license is now suspended. I cannot work. I cannot drive. I cannot Take my children to school and when I follow up with CVS, they blame the system is down at the DOT sat on hold of the DOT for hours and they told me that is not true. The clinic has not uploaded the paperwork. I called CVS and they say will send a message to the store. In the meantime I still do not have a drivers license. So now what I have to try to get another physical someplace else and pay again for your incompetence I still can’t get anybody to call
