Update: After giving a 5 Star review, they cancelled my upcoming appointment, and I had to call their phone center and spent almost 30 minutes getting an appointment at a farther location. Previous Reviews: The practitioner explained everything clearly and was compassionate. The wait time was short. She told me when to come back for my results and what to expect.

I had an excellent experience with this nurse practitioner Tiffany Pena. She thoroughly listened to all of my symptoms and took the time to address my concerns without rushing. She tested me for each virus to ensure an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She also provided medications to help relieve my symptoms while my body continues to fight the virus. I truly appreciated her attentiveness, professionalism, and compassionate care. Highly recommend!

Practitioner was compassionate and knowledgeable. Appointment started on time. Visit didn't take up much of my time however she was very thorough.

The entire process was so easy. The facility was clean and the provider was wonderful. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Online it said taking walk ins until 1p, arrived at 1225 and provider was no longer taking walkins was taking out trash at 1240 with no patient in the room. Very disappointing that they don't care about ppl
