MinuteClinic at CVS

Holy cow that’s the last time I ever go to this clinic, unless they not only apologize up and down, but I better be getting compensated. Waiting over an hour for test results all because some idiot doesn’t know how to “hang up and dial 911!” Absolute worst. So yeah I walked out. Minute clinic? More like Hour clinic!!!

Doctor was rude & not helpful at all. Daughter was sick & needed a doctor's note for missed work & the lady literally was like "what do you want from me??" $161 bill for that is ridiculous.

The local urgent cares had a 2.5+ hr wait. I couldn't get in. I tried walking into this minute clinic. But there wasn't a time available. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or they're that busy. I wasn't even waiting two minutes when I was called back. The nurse practitioner was nice and professional. Most practitioners are not nice to me like this. I was listened to for once and treated well.

There is NO provision for walk-ins! The computer check in kiosk has only two options:1). Sign in for your appointment or 2) make an appointment. But no same day appointments are available. Calling to site only gets you transferred to the national call center which had a response wait time of 53 minutes. They only offered to make a next day appointment since no same day appointments were available. Thought the basic premise of Minute Clinics was to avoid the wait at doctor’s office? No provision for walk ins????? No way to have customer service assist! Must be another great MBA designed system..

There should be no stars at all, the Dr. Nkeiruka Anyiam treat my kids and in a really unprofessional way. Will not be going there again.
