Goodrich Drug Store - Andover Pharmacy

I have been using Goodrich Pharmacy in Andover for 24 years. They have been amazing and have always been extremely helpful, answering any questions I may have. Scott Benson, in particular, is an amazing and very knowledgeable pharmacist. He has assisted with many inquiries over the years. I highly recommend Goodrich!

I just switched to Goodrich Pharmacy from Walgreens. I was thrilled to find out they were in my network (UHC), and they are 1000000000 times better than Walgreens! They are so friendly and easy to work with, AND on my two transferred prescriptions, they saved me over $1400 by applying a manufacturer’s coupon (which Walgreens refused to apply). And there’s just something special about a home town pharmacy. Thanks for reading, gotta run and transfer the rest of our prescriptions to Goodrich! :) You should too!

Customer service at Goodrich Andover is consistently outstanding. The staff here is friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. They always take time to address any questions I may have and I appreciate how effectively they communicate my medication pick ups. They are very much about quality customer service with a personal touch. Once after an Urgent Care visit I went straight to Andover Goodrich and my meds were already ready ! Another day I arrived after closing and was taken care of. I appreciate my pharmacy and won’t go anywhere else .

If your looking for a Pharmacy that has the old school feeling. Goodrich Pharmacy is the place to go. All the Pharmacists and I mean ALL are so personable. You don’t see this type of experience at any of the other large pharmacy’s. I can’t rave enough about how nice everyone is. Please experience this and you won’t try another Pharmacy!!
