HealthPartners Riverway Urgent Care Andover

I went to the Urgent Care for more preventative help, which I have in the past without issue at other Urgent Cares, but the staff at this Urgent Care were dreadfully incompetent and lacked the ability to provide assistance. After fumbling over their equipment and showing a lack of understanding of what they were doing, the doctor came in and said I should go to the hospital, this is with the staff showing they had a lack of understanding of how their equipment works, no supervision, and an almost complete failure to do their minimum function in their position. I took their advice and went to the hospital and after about 20 minutes of assistance after a 2 hour wait, was told I was perfectly fine and there were no problems they could see on their equipment to replicate what the underskilled

Never had a bad experience here with the urgent care part. Staff is always great.

We unfortunately needed to visit urgent care this evening. We were prepared for a wait, online said 45 minutes. When we arrived we were told there was only one provider on, so be prepared for potentially a longer wait. Check-in was pleasant, quick. We waited roughly 50 minutes. The provider we saw was great. Personable, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Don't understand how urgent care can be so poorly staffed and managed...Wait time of 3 hours and no one in the lobby. Don't leave or you'll lose your place in line....what? Please offer better options. Website said NOT BUSY, 25 minute wait time. Save my spot is closed because it's so busy. Terrible, frustrating, ridiculous. F+.

I am never going here again as I came in. My daughter was very sick. I had to lay her down on the chair in order to even get up there to see the desk clerk upon arriving up there. She tells me that because I do not have insurance and my daughter does not have insurance. I need to pay $150 down payment right now for her to be seen. I was told by a different provider that my daughter needs to go to urgent care right now. I was not able to be seen at this urgent care and I will be getting a hold of to talk to somebody about this and make sure you guys get reprimanded. My daughter is so sick she can't even move!!!! This is the worst clinic I've ever been to do not go here
